About the property

Gjerdrums vei 17 is idyllically located, close to Akerselva in Nydalen. Not far from Badedammen, a well-known recreational area, and only 10 minutes walk from Gullhaug Torg with shops and restaurants. Historically it was built by Nydalens Compagnie for spinning and weaving. It was completely rehabilitated in 1990 and today appears as a very bright and modern office building.

Nydalen

Nydalen is centrally and idyllically located by the river, Akerselva, in the northern part of Oslo. The surroundings are characterized by the river which is surrounded by green lungs. Nydalen is an established and modern area for offices, homes, leisure and recreation.

The area offers a wide range of services and a lot of exiting offices. The vibrant urbanity and the central location in scenic surroundings are unique to the area and Nydalen is known to be an incredibly attractive part of Oslo.

Access

Nydalen is accessible no matter where you come from. If you come by car, there is easy access with a direct exit from Ring 3.

Nydalen is also well covered by bus routes from all directions. There are several tram lines operating from Storo.

The metro station is centrally located in the middle of Nydalen and takes you to Majorstuen in just 9 minutes and to Oslo S in 12 minutes.

With nice walking and cycling paths along the Akerselva, you can easily walk or bike to and from the workplace.
