Norwegian Property ASA has today successfully issued NOK 500 million in a tap issue of NPRO23 (ISIN: NO0011086969) at an issue spread of 3m NIBOR + 65.5 bps.
In connection with the tap issue, the company has bought back NOK 394 million of NPRO20 (ISIN: NO0010894785).
The proceeds will be used to refinance NPRO20 and for general corporate purposes.
The settlement date is May 26, 2025.
