Norwegian Property ASA has successfully issued NOK 129 million in a tap issue of NPRO21 ESG with ISIN NO 0010997919 (maturity 19 May 2026). The tap issue was priced at 92.96 % of par implying a spread of 147 bps over asset swap.

Total outstanding amount following the tap issue is NOK 779 million.

Settlement date will be 30 January 2024.
