MAX Eiendom AS has sold 130,313 shares and Camvecti Holding AS has sold 275,686 shares at NOK 18.25 per share in NPRO by accepting the tending offer from Geveran Trading Co. Limited. The two companies are controlled by Bjørn Henningsen (Henningsen) who is a board member of Norwegian Property ASA (NPRO).

Following the transactions, Henningsen and companies controlled by Henningsen, do not own any shares, nor any rights related to shares in NPRO.
