Carucel Holding AS, a company controlled by Carl Erik Krefting who is a board member of Norwegian Property ASA (NPRO), has on April 2, 2020 renewed a TRS agreement relating to 3 500 000 shares in NPRO. Pursuant to the renewed TRS agreement the initial price is NOK 10,80 per share and the termination date is January  24, 2021. Following the transaction, companies controlled by Carl Erik Krefting hold through financial instruments rights to 3 500 000 shares and continue to own 44 885 shares in NPRO.
