At Norwegian Property, we prioritize the contentment of our customers, exemplified by the establishment of our dedicated customer centers, in which we take great pride. Our customer centers are open every weekday from 08 am - 4 pm.
As a tenant with us, we want you to consistently experience a sense of care and receive swift responses to your inquiries. The customer centers serves as an extension of our company, addressing a wide range of queries, including information about tenancies, equipment for source sorting, or any technical challenges that may arise.
To ensure efficient resolution, we assign the appropriate department and operations team to each case, providing you with continuous feedback to minimize unnecessary points of contact.
