Disclosure of shareholding in Oslo Properties and Norgani Hotels ASA

Please note that Oslo Properties AS has disclosed the following shareholding in Norgani Hotels ASA (in which company Norwegian Property owns approx 18 per cent):
Oslo Properties AS has on 21 September 2007 acquired 4,003,684 shares at a price of NOK 94 per share in Norgani Hotels ASA. After the acquisition, Oslo Properties AS owns 9,221,584 shares representing 23.3 per cent of the outstanding shares.
In addition, Oslo Properties AS holds interest in Norgani Hotels ASA shares by irrevocable acceptances under the Voluntary Offer dated 17 September 2007 representing approximately 47 per cent. In aggregate, Oslo Properties is thus in control over approx. 70 per cent of the outstanding shares in Norgani Hotels ASA meaning that the condition as to level of acceptance in the revised offer from Oslo Properties has been satisfied.
