Reference is made to the extraordinary general meeting in Norwegian Property ASA on 24 June 2009 where among other things a share capital reduction was resolved. Following the expiry of the creditor notice period, the share capital reduction has today been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Foretaksregisteret). The new share capital is NOK 100,817,708, divided into 201,635,416 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.50.
