Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 12 May 2026 regarding Norwegian Property ASA’s (rated BBB‑ by Scope Ratings) issuance of new senior secured bonds.

In conjunction with the bond issues, the company has bought back NOK 70 million of NPRO14 (ISIN NO0010856818).
