Norwegian Property ASA rated Baa2 (Stable) by Moody's and BBB- (Stable) by Scope has today successfully completed a SEK 280 million tap issue of its outstanding senior secured green bond with maturity 18 September 2029 (ISIN: NO0013770107), rated Baa1 by Moody’s.

The tap issue was priced at 3 months Stibor + 0.88%. The total outstanding amount after the tap issue is SEK 480 million.

Settlement is expected to take place on 26 October 2026.
