Reference is made to the notification dated 27 May 2024. Norwegian Property ASA has today issued NOK 975 million in new senior secured bonds with a tenor of 5 years. The transaction was split into two tranches:

-NOK 635 million in a 5-year senior secured bond issue with a coupon of 3 months Nibor +1.50% p.a.

-NOK 340 million in a 5-year senior secured bond issue with a coupon of 5.50% p.a.
